- Had us a double-shot this weekend. Unfortunately, it was predicated upon the fact that Lenny D would be there to try his hand at some title defenses, but he didn't make it, and we ended up with some pretty thin-rostered cards. Had we known in advance, we could have pretty easily done everything in one show. Anyway, no results for you. Well not here, anyway. There's probably some in the Results section.
- Matt Maverick (formerly Mike Maverick) has made us a Best of 2004 music video entitled "Let the Healing Begin." It's quite well done, so check it out in the Media section.
- Daniel Makabe returns from his whorish exploits on the East coast this weekend to take on Zeus McFly for the Canadian Title.

- Laziness abounds once again, as you're going to have to go the Results section to see what happened at VCW's "Somebody Gonna Get-a Hurt Real Bad" this past Sunday. Despite lacking some upper-card talent (Daniel Makabe, Lenny D, etc.), everyone else really stepped up and put on a good show. Daniel Makabe was gone this show and will also be gone next show, because he is turning tricks on the streets of New Jersey in order to pay for a Ring of Honor ticket for their show on the 19th. Also on the show, we had the very unexpected return of Dallas Kline, who is in town for a few weeks. He handled some of the reffing duties and may wrestle next week.

- VCW Bowl XXXIX was a great success. You can't beat a show where EVERYONE wears a football jersey in EVERY match. I could go through the results, but then what motivation would you have for reading the Results section. I will say that Chris Mason vs. Jacob Myles, as well as Daniel Makabe vs. Big Al, were both very good matches, and Scott Henson won a ticket to the Superbowl. What more do you need?
- As you may have noticed if you've been reading the Results section already, you may have noticed we've been doing some matches after our Wednesday practice sessions, and then not writing about them. Well, they're fucking practice sessions, and if you're not there, you don't deserve to know about them. Even if Chris Mason and Sean Sylum have an awesome match, or if Daniel Makabe retains the Canadian Title against Scott Henson.
- Be sure to check out the VCW vs. The World page, which is now open, with several bios up.

- Had another show this past Sunday, with two returning faces: Juggalo, and "The G.O.A.T." James Blade. Juggalo will likely make one or two more appearances in 2005, but it sounds like James Blade may be joining us semi-full-time. James Blade was defeated in his return match by Ruckus via Snitsky Driver. Juggalo faced the man who butchered him at Halloween, Scott Henson. Henson, nursing bronchitis, wasn't even going to wrestle on the show, but couldn't pass up a match with Juggalo, and beat him with an unworked~! (yeah, I know I can't say that) senton. Nick Price and Drew Sarian continued their Legends Series, as "Nicky Whipwreck" scored an upset pin over "Drew Jack." Flip 420 suffered their first loss as a tag team to Star Struck, who scored their first win as a tag team, after a Cradle Canadian Destroyer from Chicho to Mason. Obviously, Mason didn't have surgery as expected, and is waiting to hear from doctors, so we may have him a few more weeks. Psychotic Kid has a splint for his messed-up finger, and most likely won't miss any time. Nick Price scored his second win of the night via Priceless over Sean Sylum. Chris Mason, in his second match of the night (obviously getting in all the matches he can before he DOES have to have surgery), defeated Jimmy McGimmick with a Guillotine Choke after an attempted Top-rope Air Raid Crash by McGimmick. And in VCW's first ever Lumberjack Match (How did it take us so long to do one? They're fun as hell.), Big Al finally got revenge on his nemesis Jacob Myles, even giving him a Bertuzzi post-match, and breaking Myles's neck. DANGEROOOOOOOOOUS!
