- The Roster section has been slightly updated, as all bios now contain each wrestler's "Drink of Choice." It's thoroughly useless information, but hey, it's fun.
- There MAY be a show this weekend, depending on people's availability. It will NOT be the Wrestleplex show, as was originally planned. The Wrestleplex show will HOPEFULLY be the following weekend (between August 8th & 10th). Once everyone gets their asses back to Vancouver, we'll be able to put on some damn shows.

- Well, it's the 19th, and there's no show. Simply a lack of people at the moment. Chris Mason is on his learning excursion in Ontario. Lenny D is trying to grow his hair back in Osoyoos. Psychotic Kid is homeless and difficult to contact. Scott Henson is going to Math Camp for a week. Christian Drake is dead. So, as you can see, it's difficult to get people together. However, once Scott Henson gets back on the 28th, we will try to have an event at our ring in the days immediately following. And the Supershow is set for August 2nd. By this time, everyone should be back, and, additionally, we should have the 4 Abbotsford folks as well as VBW's Dallas Kline working with us.
- Hopefully, to make up for a disgraceful ONE show in the entire month of July (maybe two if we can get something together right at the end of the month), VCW hopes to run an assload of shows in August, somewhere in the vicinity of 10, with at least one tour/festival that runs 3-4 consecutive days.
- Also, Scott Henson, Yakuza J, and Daniel Makabe have begun professional training at ASW's Wrestleplex. Lenny D will most likely be joining them in a few weeks. So look for these guys on ASW shows in the coming months.

*Late breaking news: some quick (but very nice) changes have been made to the site. The logo is now pretty, and the style used for the little pictures at the top has been modified. Also, a couple of the larger music videos (Old Skool, Stitches Are for Bitches, St. Patrick's Day) have been compressed better.

- Obviously, our show on the 12th did not take place, as it now the 15th, and we haven't wrestled yet. We're going to shoot for Saturday the 19th. The tentative card is up in the events section.
- Another match has been signed for the August 2nd (tentatively) Supershow: Jason Drake defending the Canadian Title against Chris Mason, who was turned on by Drake at the July 2nd show.

<7/13/03 @ 2:06 PM PST>

- VCW wrestler Christian Drake is now ex-VCW wrestler Christian Drake, because... he died. The VCW roster was quoted as being "not particularly surprised", as it was well documented that at any given time, Drake had numerous venerial diseases, and it was only a matter of time before one of them caught up with him. We wish Mr. Drake all the best in the afterlife.

<7/9/03 @ 10:42 PM PST>

- New full match up in the Multimedia Section! It's the Handicap Match from the 4th Annual (few days before) Canada Day Massacre, pitting Jimmy McGimmick against "Hot Shit" Scott Henson, Daniel Makabe, and Lenny D.
- Our next show is tentatively scheduled for Saturday the 12th, but that isn't for sure yet. Whenever our next show is, rumor has it that 4 ex-members of the Abbotsford federation RXW/CWE will be making an appearance.

<7/4/03 @ 12:01 AM PST>

- Fixed some screwed up links in the Multimedia Section. EVERYTHING works now.
- Also, a double main event has been scheduled for VCW's next supershow (tentative date 8/2/03). Stemming from the tag team match on 6/28/03, we will have Yakuza J taking on Daniel Makabe, and "Hot Shit" Scott Henson will defend the VCW Triple Crown against the man who beat him in the tag match, Lenny D. Word life.

<7/3/03 @ 2:46 AM PST>

- ANOTHER FUCKING MUSIC VIDEO IS UP! It's the video from our 1 Year Wrestleplex Anniversary Show on 4/29/03. Quite the fun vid; we suggest y'all check it out.
- Had us a tight little show today. Three matches. Three GOOD matches. What more can you ask for? Psychotic Kid upset Jimmy McGimmick with a wacked-out Standing Skytwister Press. McGimmick is none too pleased about his current losing streak. Jason Drake successfully defended his VCW Canadian Title (for the fifth time) against two-time Five Alive Club Member (with the Triple Crown) Daniel Makabe in a hard-fought match. With this win, Jason Drake enters the Five Alive Club and was presented a complimentary can of Five Alive (Déli-Cinq for the French speaking contingent) for his accomplishment. Interesting note: Jason Drake is the only person to enter the Five Alive Club with the Canadian Title. Every other member did it with the Triple Crown. In the main event, "Hot Shit" Scott Henson put up the Triple Crown against the most recent person to pin him cleanly in a singles match, Chris Mason. Both men pulled out all the stops, and it could have gone either way. In the end, though, Henson busted out two Rolling Tiger Driver '98's into a Colt .45, and that was enough to get the duke. With this win, Henson also enters the Five Alive Club and was also presented a can of Five Alive for his efforts. Scott Henson and Jason saluted each other with their Five Alive cans to close out the show.
- Following his close loss in the Triple Crown match today, Chris Mason has decided to go on a "learning excursion" to Eastern Canada. Triple Crown Champion "Hot Shit" Scott Henson has agreed to give Mason another title shot when he returns (if Henson is still champion at that time).

<7/1/03 @ 3:25 AM PST>

- Our big show has come and gone. It was a successful show, although it most likely would have been better (and had a larger attendance) had we able to do it at 2 p.m. as originally planned instead of 11 a.m. Regardless, it was a good show, and had the largest number of people ever on a VCW show (mainly due to the VBW involvement), as well as the longest match in VCW history (the 32+ minute main event tag). For full results, check out the Results Section. In the one title match of the day, Jason Drake retained his Canadian Title in an excellent match against Chris Mason and Psychotic Kid. In the main event, Lenny D and Yakuza J defeated "Hot Shit" Scott Henson and Daniel Makabe after Yakuza took out Makabe on the outside with an Exploder '98, and Lenny made Henson tap out to the Dragon Clutch (Camel Clutch-style Dragon Sleeper). After the match was over, Lenny and Yakuza continued to beat down on Henson and Makabe, prompting Pro Wrestling IRON/Revolution Pro/ECCW superstar Hook Bomberry (who was in attendance) to run in and make the save. The show ended as Henson, Makabe, and Hook shook hands.
- Our next show is on Wednesday July 2. The title of the show will be "Five Alive", as both Scott Henson and Jason Drake will be going for the fifth successful defenses of their respective titles (Triple Crown & Canadian). Henson will defend against Chris Mason, who pinned him cleanly in a non-title match less than one month ago, and Drake will defend again Daniel Makabe a two-time member of the Five Alive Club (with the Triple Crown). Should either Henson or Drake or both be successful in joining the club, they will be awarded a free can of the Five Alive citrus beverage on behalf of VCW.
